GLOBMICROFIX processes the data needed to run your account, fulfil orders, and complete repairs.
What we collect
Account email and name, delivery addresses, order and repair history, device details you submit, support messages, and technical logs needed to keep the site secure. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and do not touch our servers.
How we use it
To authenticate you, process payments, ship or hand over goods, diagnose and repair devices, send order/repair updates, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors
We use hosting, database, email and payment providers (including Stripe) that process data on our instructions. Address autocomplete may use Google Maps when that feature is enabled.
Retention
We keep order and repair records as required for accounting, warranty and fraud prevention. You can ask us to correct or delete account data that we are not required to keep.
